Currently, we do not offer a pay on delivery option.
What is the minimum order amount?
The merchandise total must be $15 or more to purchase your order
What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing item?
Please call us immediately at 0413 396 138 or fax us your concern at (03) 9370 7918, Monday – Friday- 9am- 5pm. Please have your invoice and packing slip available.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Due to seasonal differences and importation of goods, our shipping times may vary throughout the year.
Please allow between 3-6 weeks for delivery. If items are in stock you may receive them earlier. We make every attempt to be prompt with your order.
Can I receive goods on an inspection basis?
Since all our books and curriculum support are reproducible, no merchandise can be requested on an inspection only basis.
What is your return policy?
Returns will only be made where goods are damaged or faulty. You must have a receipt/invoice to receive a refund.
