What are my payment options?
Online Purchases
A School Purchase Number or Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard) are accepted online.

Order Forms
A School Purchase Number or Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard) are accepted. For your own safety, please consider using your Credit Card through our secure website or call us directly.

If you choose to mail your order, we will accept a Cheque for the exact amount.

Unfortunately we don’t accept cash on delivery or through mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the minimum order amount?
All orders must total $20 or more to process.

How do I view what I have ordered?
To view your order, you will find a ‘View Cart’ option in the top right hand corner of the web page.

If you are experiencing difficulty using this, please contact us immediately.

What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates may vary a little between states.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for delivery. During our peak seasons, delivery time may be slightly longer.

Orders with special requirements (i.e. bulk orders) will take additional time. Please contact us to discuss options.

What if an item is unavailable?
While we are confident your order will be complete and dispatched, please take into consideration some products may be placed on Backorder or are Discontinued Lines. A courtesy email will be sent to alert you of this.

Items placed on Backorder will be delivered to you as soon as they arrive.

Alternatively, you can substitute the backordered and discontinued item/s for something similar for a more prompt delivery.

Any backordered items will not be charged postage and handling costs.

How do I know my order went through?
An email confirmation will be sent to you.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?
Due to the speed in which we process orders, we are unable to alter orders.

What is Teacher’s Bazaar’s return policy?
Should you find the need to return anything to Teacher’s Bazaar, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Returns will only be accepted if the product/s has been found faulty or damaged on receipt.

Clearance item sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items in this category.

Can I receive goods on an inspection basis?
All Books and Curriculum Support items with reproducible capabilities cannot be requested on an inspection basis.

Where can I actually see the products?
Teacher’s Bazaar can be found at most major educational conferences in the Melbourne area.
